This is a beautiful place. The food at the pub was so fresh and flavorful, and Irish! The room was clean and comfortable. And the bonus was the complimentary hot breakfast with eggs and bacon, and a fresh fruit tray. They also offer a complimentary ride to and from downtown Galena, wich is a nightmare to find parking.

Rooms were clean. Couldn't get maid service even though sign was on door for 5 hours. Make no mistake this is a 2 star motel. Garbage cans were overflowing at entrance on arrival and upon leaving.

We had another wonderful stay! They were accommodating last minute when our other hotel fell through, and they allow pets in certain rooms as well, so we had a nice place for our furry friend! Joann from the front desk was very welcoming and helpful and the owner made us feel like individuals as opposed to just “another customer.” The rooms looked modern with a fresh paint job, and the beds were clean and comfortable! We highly recommend this hotel. We were very impressed.
