I just left after purchasing a few things and the cashier had seemed way too bothered by us needing to pay for our things. I guess it's way more important to chat with friends than have customers pay.

Nice clean store and they have a super cute selection in clothes. Prices aren't bad either. They aren't as cheap as Walmart, but their products are also better quality so you pay for what you get. The atmosphere definitely is a lot better than Walmart's and the customers/employees are happier, too.

I don't know what's happening to the baby/toddler section but it's awful. The last few times ive been It's been completely disorganized. The sizes and gender are all mixed together. There's no rhyme or reason to anything. It's incredibly difficult to find anything.

Received the most-horrible service last night at this Target from one associate. I’m 9 months pregnant— my water could literally break any moment, feet swelling, hips separating and walking around the store for two hours, gathering items is a chore in and of itself. When I got to the register— our cashier was clearly in a rush to end her shift and threw my favorite purchase (ceramic candle holder with face, ears and dangling earrings) directly into the bag. I heard it break and looked up from the book I was checking out. I asked if she had wrapped it at all and she just shrugged her shoulders and nonchalantly said “It broke in the bag.” I’m thinking, “it’s a breakable item that you threw into a thin plastic bag on hard surface without wrapping first, what did you think was going to happen?” But I didn’t say anything. She then asked “Well where’d you get it?” As if I was somehow supposed to remember the isle or walk back there to grab it after gathering over $350.00 in household products / baby items… I responded, “Don’t you have a way to scan the item and find it’s location?” She rolled her eyes and flagged down an associate who came over right away after he saw the broken item. He seemed like a manager— nice guy. He quickly scanned the item and offered to go grab another. The cashier continued to scan the rest of my items in annoyance / with an attitude toward me — she said nothing else and was not personable at all— “what did I do to her I wondered?” The associate came back with a replacement item with a smile on his face— “Here you go, he said. Sorry about the delay.” He was so nice! He deserves a raise for his composure, willingness to help and overall amazing customer service. This other lady should definitely *not be working in customer service and should not be the last experience had by any shopper at Target — especially a pregnant mama who comes in to get essential items in her last week / potentially last trip to the store before baby arrives. Guess she never learned about service with a smile? Hope I never get her as a cashier there again.
