I wanted my bracelet engraved I was told they could only use 10 letters in which I gave and apparently the young lady couldn't count and her attitude was off so was her energy I wanted it done but I just left because the young lady said she couldn't do it because ERICA SHAWN wasn't 10 letters oh well their loss I kept my 30 and moved on I won't be back to that location if I ever see that young lady horrible experience 🥺😕👎👎
