The order taker didn't understand my order request even though she had the item displayed and advertised in front of her then proceeded to correct me. I didn't want to argue with her so I went along with what she corrected me on. We waited 40 minutes for the food she said would only take 25 minutes and when we finally got the food, the fries were warm and soggy. No apology given for the wait. Food wasn't that great for the amount of time it took for us to get it.

This place is a hit or miss. By hit or miss I don’t mean it’ll either be good or bad. By hit or miss I mean you’ll either have powdery undermixed sauce with good wings or fresh sauce with uncooked textured/bone in food wings. Whenever I order I hope to get powdery sauce with good wings which is pretty sad to say. This is a awesome place with tons of potential, but I can’t get myself to come to this decision anymore after today (I got bad wings with good sauce). I’d rather take my money elsewhere than keep rolling the dice with this business.

Went in last Friday for the first time. When I submitted the order, the pickup time was 58 minutes. "Cool". I get there at that time expecting up to 10 minutes tops to wait. 1 hour later, I finally receive my order. Many others ahead of me appeared to have cancelled after waiting for so long. I probably won't be ordering from here again.

"It's already an hour and some change until you get your order is ready".... And 58 to 63 mins is not a real time of waiting. So if you really like this place you might be lucky if your order is ready in 2 hours. I say they need a bigger kitchen with more staff.. Sadly had to review them like this.
