I swear more tax money just being wasted these guys can't get a delivery right to save their lives everytime I get something delivered usps they either lose or can't deliver my package then make me wait even if I pay for express shipping waste of time and money

USPS is the absolute worst ever, another failed government agency. For some reason they can deliver my bills no problem but when it comes to packages they have no clue where I live. I’ve had several packages get lost with USPS, there customer service at the Lompoc office is rude and zero help.

Been waiting on a package all day and it finally gets delivered at 740pm. Go to get it at the residential / community mail boxes only to have the key NOT unlock the designated package box. I literally tried for 15 minutes to open a package lock box. How are these not checked for servicability on almost a daily basis? Believe me.. unlocking something does not boil down to user error in the scenario.

I have yet again not received my package. I am done with the postal service. Every single package that has ever been sent to me thru the usps has never been delivered on time. EVER!!!

It would be best to just replace the lock. You can buy them at Walmart. When you do see the carrier ask when you can replace the lock since they would have to keep the door open for you. Takes about 10 minutes plus/minus.
Run by government employees by federal law and regulations of lompoc County.
So sorry to hear your having issues. I'm an injured carrier and not working right now but my sister who also lives in Mesa Oaks complained to me too. I heard your regular carrier is on vacation and several new people have been doing your rte. When you signed up for Informed Delivery, it tells you that what you see coming may be a day later. I will definitely express your and my sisters concerns to our Supervisor. I've been a carrier for 34 years and take pride in my duties. I hope to instill that in the new hires. Genie S.
I believe so, if your talking about from the street to the house.
If the NBU (Neighborhood Box Unit) belongs to the USPS then you can request a lock change. If the unit belongs to the Appt complex or home owner or Association, then you are responsible for buying your own lock and working with the letter carrier to replace it since they need to have the unit open in order for you to replace.
if you are going south through LA . the day before. anywhere else is 2day.
Yes and probably more then Once
Maximum weight is 70 pounds. Size may very accourding to service. Maximum for ground mail is 130 inches length and girth combined.
It depends on the weight of the documents. You need to have a postage meter that will weigh it or stop by the PO. Rates are listed on the USPS website.
The post office sends a key
