Great place for kids. A couple of restaurants and shops to eat at. Hopefully they open the historical house on the back so the train can go through it.

This was a cute square. It was pretty busy during our visit which was a random weekday which surprised me. But then we realized that it was spring break for many families. It's a great place to spend some time with family. I thought the train was really cute and fun for small children. Great place for some food and shopping.

No they don't. They did this whole remodel, baseball diamond & shopping center to sell to the right buyer. The "right" buyer never materialized and they were stuck. The baseball field was scrapped and eventually the property was sold. The whole Nut Tree story is really sad. In the end the whole family imploded. It became a money grab.
I'm going to add to Roberta's answer as of right now the train and the carousel it's not operational I do believe that the train and carousel of The nut tree Park plaza will not be operational anytime soon.
Beside carousel and train there is ULTA Old Navy Justice Peets Coffee a bunch of restaurants including Fenton's Bevmo Best Buy Michaels and Nordstroms Rack Too name a few
