Ordered 4 Alexander Palms exactly 35 days ago. There has been no notification of shipping and definitely have not received. Called 14 days ago and spoke to the gentleman that I assume owns the place. The guy said the Alexander Palms he has look bad, and did not want to ship those. Said will get good ones and would ship in a few days. No communication at all. Will not answer the phone. does not respond to email.

This off the beaten path find was well worth it. The quality of the coconuts were good. The coconut water was sweet and the staff was quite skilled at identifying which coconut had hard or soft meat. My kids had a fun adventure.
