The wait can be long but that is expected in a place that is first come first serve. The employees are always in a good mood, work fast and efficient and do not try to sell me anything, rather they tell me what else could be replaced or what will need replacing in the next x amount of miles. Coupons on their website always help too!

Drive right up. There are two service bays, and sometimes there are customers waiting. They're done with the work quickly .
