I had purchased a tire from this business. The next day I went to my car and the tire had slowly gone flat over the night.. I called on 2 separate occasions and was told that I would be given a new tire because sometimes theused ones are sometimes faulty. There were clearly no nails or other things that would have explained it being flat. When I arrived at Victor's tires, after changing my tire 3 times in order to get it there, and then also losing my phone and getting it run over. I spoke with the manager Brian, who immediately became aggressive and rude with me. I asked to speak to somebody above him, he agreed and said he would call them for me. I asked him to and then he changed his tone and told me that he was sick of me and that I would have to wait outside or things were going to get "ugly between us and" . I informed him that I have some health issues that make being in the heat and direct sunlight very detrimental to my health. He told me he didn't care. His next move was to remove my tire, therefore holding me hostage, while he forced me to wait outside in the 100゚ weather . He then proceeded to take an hour and a 1/2 to almost 2 hours to see if the tire to see if it was bad or not. This entire time I was told that if I re entered the store he would charge me full price for the tire. He knew i had no phone. Over 5 times or more,I asked to speak to somebody above him. I was ignored. Whenever I asked his staff if I could get a phone number to speak to somebody above him they kept referring him back to me. He made snide comments about me in Spanish thinking that I didn't understand them. He then proceeded to walk outside and talk about me on the phone while he was talking to somebody else. Sometimes in Spanish sometimes in English, I understood it all and he said some very vulgar things. After he held me hostage for several hours he finally put my tire on. At this point I told him exactly how I felt about his abuse.

Yes
Depends but I don't usually spend more than 50-60 a tire
