Holding true to 105, 90, 26+2. Immaculate facility. Welcoming atmosphere from other students and staff. Etiquette is emphasized. Instructors are experienced and knowledgeable. The best ones here will take you deeper into your practice than you ever thought you could (wanted to) go. You just need to show them that you showed up with intention to leave it all in the room. The man doesn’t see a dime from this space. You know who. I asked the new owner about the facility name. She said “It’s so people know exactly what they’re getting.” It’s 105, 90, 26+2, and that’s exactly what you’ll get. The new ownership has even started to expand the class offerings. Ashtanga and yin are now officially on the menu along with Advanced 84, Advanced 108, and other fun events like Yoga for Kids. Just remember to get a full nights rest, hydrate many hours before class, and arrive early with an open mind. Everything else will just fall into place. The studio and the great people there will carry you the rest of the way through.

Today was my first time and it a very unique experience. I came not really knowing what to expect (or realizing it was a hot yoga) bit I enjoyed the experience non the less. I recommend bringing a towel or two when you go, because you will sweat! The studio does have private lockers and showers, which I thought was a nice bonus. I got a 10 day pass so I will be back.

A kind accepting atmosphere that provides a clean warm environment of 90 minutes of exercise and meditation. It literally changed my whole life perspective. After my 1st class and introduction to the practice; after exercising throughout my life, I wondered why I’d never been introduced to this type of fitness before. It is my preferred choice of fitness for mind and body. I highly recommend Bikram Yoga and this studio.

Everything, everyone, 12/10. So grateful to have met such an amazing community while improving my health. Favorite yoga studio in SLC, hands down.

Hello, We are and have been independantly owned for 18 years. Bikram gets $0 from you and us. Great question. Thanks for asking. Thanks, Greg
Hello, Great question. For 18 years we have taught the Bishnu Ghosh linage style of yoga. Bikram did sequence the series. The yoga has been around for hundreds of years. Some say 1000+ years. We have and are considering a new studio name. Bikram makes NO Money from us. ($0. dollars) This is not a franchise! We have no association with the man and will continue to teach the yoga that heals. Thanks Greg
It's traditional Bikram postures with little or no verbal instruction. The teacher is taking the class.
