This location is not well supported by Corporate when it comes to promotional items. The last 3 pokemon promotions I've come here for they were all given out on the first day. They also never have switch controllers or accessories in stock

I went in with my son on his 10th birthday on 07/14 (I haven’t entered the store in years). The worker was so informative and had an engaging conversation with my son and I. I told him my son had a $20 gift card that we wanted to use. He answered my sons questions on PS5 games that he was looking at for purchase. I’d say we had a conversation about multiple topics for about 15 minutes or so. He let me know about all the items the store sells that a lot of people (including myself) didn’t know about. When we left the store my 10yo was like that guy was so nice and helpful and I agreed. He made my sons birthday even more special just by being a kind human being. 💙 We will definitely return and share our experience with others.

Yes you can. You can go to GameStop online and get an idea of how much your games could be worth to see IF it's worth the trip. I just traded in FFVII and Death Stranding and got almost $20 more than projected.
Call your local game stop, they can answer that for you 😉 (I would, but I have no idea!!)
No they will not fix it. But im sure they info on how you can get it fixed. Don't know how much it cost.
Call the main office. I have seen that it better to buy new games at Best Buy, here's why, they have a subscription deal of 2years for $30. Its give you 20% off new games, plus a 20 dollars in store credit if you pre order a new game. Anything that comes with the game juse pre order it way before, like months
No they currently are very low on DBZ merchandise i could not find any as of 30 minutes ago at least however new stock arrives twice a week so its a good idea to call and check in
