One of the best online shopping experiences. After a long search, I found Notre as the only place with the shoes I wanted in my size. I was a little nervous to make the purchase because I was unfamiliar with this store. One week after the order, the shoes arrived. Great communication from Notre regarding tracking numbers and arrival. The packaging kept the interior box in pristine condition. If you aren't in Chicago and unfamiliar with Notre, be assured that they are a great retail shop with excellent customer service.

I ordered a pair of shoes (final sale) and I did not get the pair I wanted but a similar one. The ones I received are slightly pricier, but I don't even care because I chose the other style for a reason. Bad experience with the seller because I cannot return these shoes and their customer service is useless. I don't even know how they have an average of like 4 stars because they do not deserve them.

I was impressed with the service of Notre-Shop. I won the limited shoe raffle. They sent an invoice for payment, but the payment was not made due to an unknown problem. I was sad. Because it was a situation where the barely seized opportunity could just be blown away. So I wanted to solve this problem through CS. As I communicated with them via email, I realized that this was a unique problem that had never been seen before. They must have been as perplexed as I was, but we ended up solving the problem after three days of emailing. If it had been a different shop, my opinion would have been ignored. But note is different. They were really respectful to their guests. I really recommend Notre.
