Really disgusted with this store. I called last night asking if they could hold an item for me. It’s something I really really wanted and I would be driving from Santa Barbara to get it. All the other stores were sold out. The Extremely rude and Foul mouthed woman on the phone, stated “we don’t hold items“. Which not only is a lie and goes against their corporate policy, but I called back later pretending to be someone else and offered the woman $10 to hold the item for me and she was glad to do it. The store is trash

All carts and baskets are sanitized after each use, and the number of shoppers inside is limited. Customers and employees are required to wear masks, and all are requested to maintain spacing. This requires some patience since people have a tendency to stand around reading labels and shop at a more leisurely pace than at a regular grocery store. There is a taped off area in which the customer stands while the order is being rung up, which makes it impossible to see the prices as they are being rung up. There is a barrier in front of the cashier, and items are bagged by staff in paper bags. Reusable bags are not allowed at this time, but the paper bags are provided free of charge.
