I brought in two pairs of dress sandals for repair. John wanted to get pay first before it is done. So I paid him $30 for two pairs. when I went to pick it up. One of the pairs of sandals totally got ruined. which it only needed to glue the sole back to the shoes. His excuse is because it is too old. Then I said if you think it is too old then why you repaired it which I can't wear it anyway. He shouldn't of repaired it at all and return my money. He is terrible and I will never go back there again. I would of give him no star if it let me.

Had a similar experience recently, they moved over to 156 County Road 539, it's sorta behind the diner, but still in Hightstown. Look for the "John's Shoe Repair" signs
You will have to call the store. I'm sure he has a full service
