It was was a good experience at the beginning because the front office ladie is a really nice and professional person. After that I went to the scale and a person name is Bob the more unprofessional and rude person. His nasty actitude make this place look really bad, We expect as a customer a good and fair response from you guys. A poor man after me with long cancer he ask for help and the response was We don't offer help here. This unprofessional people shouldn't be working on this place. Thank you

I tried to dump a truck bed of stuff after 2:30, which I didn't know was the cut off. I pulled up to the scale house and tried to talk to the guy at the window. He very rudely closed the window while talking on the phone. He could've just said sorry were closed. Instead he chose to ignore me.

Hi, Trash and recycling services for the entire week of 2/1 have been cancelled. We will be sure to take two weeks worth next week.
Please clarify, as trash or as recycling? If it is trash, any sort of bag or containment is needed so as not to create any litter issue. As recycling, either a paper bag, or cardboard box.

If they are clean they do not except pizza boxes if they are clean they except them I been going there for years I used to work in recycling

No this company is no longer taking bags with recycling.....just put it all in a recycling can or toter
