This is the closest McDonald's between my home and job, so it's upsetting to constantly have issues. If you order through the app and go for pick up it'll take you about 15 mins and good luck trying to go inside... if they have a line for drive thru you are better just leaving because you won't exist to them unless you are in that drive thru line. Today I had waited 7 min before I decided to go in for my order.. I was told the system had been down for over an hour and they never got an order. I showed my phone and my account that shows I ordered and was charged. I just got an "there's no order so I can't do anything" that means I just lost money and I was late to work. ON TOP OF IT ALL THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! I will no longer be going to McDonald's!! This was my last straw.

This place is horrible everytime I've showed up the drive thru never has the full menu up and the guy in the drive thru ALWAYS GOT AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM. AND HAS MADE MY ORDER WRONG EACH TIME CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS I ORDERED A HOMESTYLE CHICKEN meal so the frys literally were filled to this amount. . AND THIS IS WHAT I GET.

McDonalds on Lone Mountain and Decatur is a great restaurant. The staff is pleasant, helpful, courteous, the GM here is friendly, and is very quick with team service. His name is Damond Bryant and also part of his co-workers Andreas is very nice as far as assistance with food order service quickness. Everytime I go here, I tell my friends..."let's do lunch at McDonalds on Lone Mountain and Decatur Blvd...☺️😊💖💖💖
