Chloe & Danie…I hope I am spelling their names correctly, were phenomenal today! I am about 20 minutes west of my house in Tamarac/Lauderhill area because I had such a bad customer service experience at the UPS Lauderhill location. These two ladies greeted me with a smile & were very professional! They deserve to be recognized. As a matter of fact, I will make this my home store to ship packages despite having to go out of my way. All UPS stores should be providing the level of service with a smile that these two young ladies gave me today!
