Great little airport minutes from wine country. And One-Niner Diner is an excellent choice!

Long runway with plenty of room to taxi. Only one pump for self serve 100LL so I had to wait for a couple of planes to finish before refueling. There were tie down spots available as well, so a nice place to make a stop and get out.

Unfortunately there is no central waiting list. Individuals post on a bulletin board in the terminal next to the restaurant.

There are no commercial flights to Paso Robles. You can fly into San Luis Obispo. You could make the drive in 3 hours if not during traffic times. Or charter a private plane from one of the smaller airports if you really want to fly. If there are 2 or more people traveling together the private option can be affordable when compared to commercial
