Do not order from this company. I ordered a nebulizer and they accidentally shipped 7 nebulizer machines to my house. The only way it can be returned is either UPS OR Fex x has to pick it up. The claim they are sending you an email with a pick up of 1-3 days. This has been going on for 4 weeks now with no pick up. I am not sure where they are located, but the accent is Asian always. Now I'm stuck with these machines.

I considered purchasing from this company, and saw that they have an address in Salt Lake City (I live in the Salt Lake area). Worried about scams, I tried through the phone to get some information that would address my concerns, but was not able to get any. Their call center is apparently in the Philippines (although I'm not sure about the accents - they sound more Indian than Filipino). The web address is registered with a company address in Florida. They're not willing to give me a local number to their "corporate office" - something that would help me verify the legitimacy if the company - they claim that such a number doesn't exist. (That sounds like a huge load of bunk to me...). It's not worth the gas to me to verify the physical address, given the incompetence and rudeness of the people on the phone. They hung up on me twice. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THIS PLACE REALLY SEEMS LIKE A SCAM! Response to Megan: I was about to spend over $2000 with your company. I asked legitimate questions of those employees with whom I spoke, and got deflections, roadblocks, and rudeness. I was hung up on repeatedly. I spent 45 minutes on the phone just trying to get answers that might assuage my concerns, but the concerns only grew. So I stopped trying, and wrote this review. Then I called another company, and the first person I spoke to was friendly, professional, competent, and sincere. The difference was absolutely jarring. I immediately placed an order on their website. IF your company is legitimate (and I do mean IF - I'm still rather unsure), the manner in which your company treats potential customers is extremely off-putting (at best).

Awful customer service. I bought a defective product, Vitality initially denied it was defective and then agreed to repair it, been waiting 4 months. NOTHING. Also, ordered several associated products that never arrived.

Usually no, but it does depend on which one you order. Some of the more expensive ones will require a signature but if it's under $500 you shouldn't need to be home.
It depends on what your doctor prescribed. We carry home oxygen concentrators for day and nighttime use. However, if you were prescribed oxygen tanks, you'll want to work with a local service that fills them. If you choose to order a concentrator from us, we will ship it to you in Arizona.
