Ran in to the outlet .. had only a few minutes, asked if they didn’t fit correctly I could exchange or get a refund. No problem they replied. I have been shopping here for twenty plus years. I tried to return them as I wasn’t happy with the fit . They refused to issue an entire refund as one pair was on clearance. I couldn’t believe the treatment I received. So I wasted gas and time and now have one pair that doesn’t fit correctly. My family has spent a lot of money here over the years and I have recommended the brand to family and friends. Now I will suggest that they go elsewhere and choose another brand. A decades long relationship has ended.

Note this is a review of Merrill online store Current promotion to refer a customer and receive 20 dollars off your next purchase when they complete purchase and do not return product seems like a scam. Friend completed a purchase approximately 45 days ago received an email that I would received 20 in 30 days. Still have not received contacted less than helpful Customer Service and could not provide answer. Don’t bother referring anyone. Anyone else with this problem? Or I may be an isolated case
