I really hate to do this but I feel I have to share my experience and warn others. I really try to support small business over the big guys but I can no longer do my printing at Idaho Blueprint. If you want to use them MAKE SURE you ask a …Wow Dani this is unexpected. I admit that you caught us off guard when you picked up your order, and i was not sure how to respond in that moment. I assumed it was more posters than you usually ordered. As you indicated in your review that you did order the wrong size prints and that is actually the difference in the price more than the paper weight. In reviewing your previous email it does appear that you always got a quote before placing your order. I am not sure why you did not this time. The paper weight might have made a difference in the cost, I will do some research and of course refund the difference to you. I will contact you directly for this. We do care a lot about our work product, customer service and our company. There are also some other printers locally that are small businesses, before you rush off to the big guys.
