The people in the grill area needs to make sure they wash their hands and have gloves on when making customers food. An make sure they shave because I found hair in my food this morning an they didn’t have gloves on or hair net because their hair is long. Never going back to that A&W

I would give zero stars if possible. We ordered through the drive through, and our daughters decided they needed to go to the bathroom. We went inside and we're immediately and rudely greeted by an employee who asked if we had ordered food because they were closed. Oh, and she washed her hands for literally one second. Disgusting.

I love rootbeer from this place. Haven't been here in years. It did take almost 4 mins to be greeted while I sat at the speaker in the drive thru but the food was good.

As everywhere there are new people working (not complaining). We had one mistake and it was handled elegantly. The server may have been new, but was welcoming and polite. The manager came out to check on tables and serve food. They were excellent at their job. Concerned if something wasn't right and swift and capable handeling issues. We had heard that they make their A&W root beer on house. We all had a round and it was delicious. I recommend trying them.
