Very clean. Staff is friendly. There's no wait. I went for knee pain and stiffness and swelling. Doctor prescribed me medicine to reduce swelling. Hopefully, it will work.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This office (and really MDnow in general) should not be in business. This has been quite possibly the worst medical experience, if not the overall worst customer service experience in my life. I don't usually write reviews about my experiences, but this one has been so awful, and being that it deals with healthcare, I feel obligated to warn my fellow community members. On my first visit, they were soooo sure of exactly what I had wrong with me, after literally a 5 minute visit from a PA. He made me so happy that he knew "exactly" what was wrong with me. They then sent me for an ultrasound to confirm. His diagnosis was woefully incorrect. I then went back (and paid another copay) just to be told frightening news, by another PA with an explanation that literally came from the first search on google. She had no capacity for thought, speculation, let alone a professional explanation. They then referred me to see a specialist, ASAP. Since then, I have spent over SEVEN hours calling back and fourth, getting nowhere, in fact, only going backward. They refuse to send my referral to my insurance for authorization, therefore the specialist will not accept my appointment. This is "something they don't do as an instant clinic" but never informed me of that ahead of time. So now I am several hours and hundreds of dollars in the hole and I have gotten nowhere. Why wouldn't they tell me this ahead of time? Also, on a side note, every person I spoke to on the phone could barely understand my (no offense at all, but their english is quite bad) and they were short, rude and condescending to me. My stress levels are through the roof right now.

After filling out all the forms, paying my copay and waiting in the waiting room for about 30 minutes, the front desk lady told me they didn't have an xray tech to read my xray, if I required one. I was there for a wrist injury....she said they could see me and then transfer me to another location. I told her to give me a refund. This could of been told to me when I get there and not after paying and waiting. Wasted everyone's time.

I was bit by a dog today and went here for care at about 12:30pm. They turned my insurance away and said they would only accept worker's comp or self pay. I was bleeding all down my leg and had just been bit and was in terrible pain. Nobody seemed to care. Very snooty receptionist.
