This was a carry-out order, walk-in. Almost 30 minutes to get my order, there was one lady behind the counter and she was knocking- out the drive-thru exclusively (think they were short handed). I did order and pay at the kiosk so no register involved. 06/30/22 05:40- 06:12. 07/31/22- UPDATE: Service has improved, all my orders come out fairly quick now. Definitely better, many thanks.

If I could give zero stars, I would. One star is too generous. I ordered a meal using the mobile app. I got to the menu screen in the drive through and was asked to come to the window. Went to the window and showed them my mobile app order code, the drive through employee (probably a manager?) gave me the total as if the app had not worked on payment. I asked and was given a very rude response. When she came with my food, I wanted my money back and was going to go elsewhere but I felt she deserved to know why.....only to be accused of being rude myself (my exact words on asking about being give the total was "I used the mobile app, did the payment not go through?" (What is rude about that question?!? If it didn't go through, I had cash to pay for the meal. We got into an argument and she cut it off quickly with her saying "Your order is ready, do you want it?" I took it because I wanted the receipt so I could fill out their survey. That employee should NOT be working in a fast food restaurant. I hope that they fire her and get someone at least polite to customers! I will never be back to this location! AVOID this store at all costs!

I gave the lady my order and she didn't wait for me to finish it she tells me to pull up to pull up I told a wait I want easy tartar double fish no cheese cheese add pickles. And what do I get a double fish with cheese with onions no pickles. When I get to the window the lady that took the order started yelling that that's what I asked for and I told the manager no that's not what I asked for ask for but she wasn't such a hurry to get me off She made the mistake on my order manager apologized and told her to fix my order. I won't be going to that McDonald's again very rude service.
