All of the staff was fantastic,. They made our stay enjoyable at this quaint Inn. Nice breakfast and amenities. Had massages while we were here that were part of our package and we're great. The only exception to being a an overall great experience was our 3 interactions with the GM who unfortunately does not understand customer service in the hospitality business. 3 interactions with her and all of them resulted in interested, curt and bordering on rude responses. It is great that the rest of the staff in every area were fantastic and went above and beyond. We will return!

My husband and I stayed for a couples romantic getaway for our anniversary. It was just awesome. Our first night was very quiet cause it was a Thursday 2nd mire people checked and I thought oh on here comes all the noise...but nope still quiet. The room was very clean and nice size. The fresh hot free cookies from 5 to 8 was a big hit with my husband. The outside areas was also very clean and family friendly. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

This hotel provided exceptional service from the moment we check in until we checked out. I was really impressed with the overall hotel. The good amenities, accommodating staff, the quality and variety of foods, and really nice and big rooms. They have great attention to detail and were really particular to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Honestly if I could give it a 1 I would. I’m currently here. Laying in the bed. The bed is comfortable but… right now there is a high pitched sound coming from my sink. Because I’m assuming someone is using their jacuzzi. It’s so loud.. it’s drowning my tv out right now. The steps on the side to go upstairs.. while walking up them it immediately smelled terrible. Like 30 people microwaved food at the same time mixed with cabbage.. it was so gross. The floors in the hallways and outside the rooms are disgusting and dirty. I mistakenly went barefoot to the pool and the carpet was so sticky. The room itself has been decent. Outdated furniture and well everything really, but it’s clean in here and the bed is super squishy. Can barely move.. but some people like that and it’s hard to please everyone on that. Oh and sound travels!!!!!! The floors are like paper and so are the walls! Someone stomps outside your gonna feel it!! Just not a super great experience.
