Unfortunately we had to buy a new stove. Went to Bray and Scharff. Our salesman Bill was very helpful. Today the stove was delivered. Kevin and Albert were absolutely awesome. So friendly and polite. People don't realize what delivery people have to deal with. When I buy my next appliance it definitely will be from Bray and Scharff and I will request Kevin and Albert to be the delivery people. I highly recommend working with James at Bray & Scarff in Timonium . Best sales/customer service I have received in a long time. James worked with us to get us something we would like without waiting months, and we love our GE appliances. While it is ideal if the installation goes totally according to plan, second best is having someone who gets problems addressed. James did a great job in that respect as well. We would use Bray & Scarff again and would hopefully have the chance to work with James.

I ordered from Bray and Scarff online and can attest to awesome feedback and reaponsivesness in completing transaction processing, validating measurements to ensure fit and if off then finding a product that does fit, and scheduling the installation appointment. I will update with my final experience once the install happens tomorrow, but my outlook is positive based on my experience so far. Bray and Scarff is one of the few full-service appliance companies remaining that work with customers start to finish and offer the extended protection, installation, and removal/disposal of old units. Update: confirmed this is the most professional store, specifically James Bump! The level of customer service and expertise is simply amazing. I did not end up using their installation service because after thorough consultation and review of how my current machine is installed, I need my plumber to make some line modifications. I not only saved money and the time of the installers, but reduced the inevitable delay from finding out when they arrived to install! My new go to appliance store!
