TL;DR: They require you to get your clothes dry cleaned prior to having alterations, even if the clothes are machine washable. I purchased a set of tailored shirts (in Florida) before the pandemic for the convenience of having free alterations for the life of the shirts. I recently started a new job and found the shirts too tight. I washed the shirts and took them in to this location for alterations. I was barely in the store before I was told that the shirts had to have been dry cleaned and still have the dry cleaner tags before they would accept them. They didn't even look at the shirts and the shirts are advertised as machine washable.

A bit disappointing. I had never tried this brand and the slim fit shirts are so big around the waste. Staff were nice enough but not interested in helping that much. Edit: I went a second time and had a better experience with someone who was helpful and took my measurements and they were correct (this time) and the fit was great, so I made a few purchases that I'm happy with.
