Great place the guys here always try to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Had my dodge Dakota here a few months ago and the lug nut was stuck on and I don't mean hit it with your purse stuck I mean torch it off stuck. The guys here really helped big time 10/10 would recommend these guys.

I always take my car here for inspection and whatever maintenance I can't do myself. Staff is friendly and helpful - they never try to upsell or bs me about car repairs. Would definitely recommend.

This place is the absolute definition of “customer service!” Friendly, professional, and courteous! I had originally taken my car to the Monroe on E. Market Street and after 3 separate trips they could not figure out what was wrong with my tire pressure. They kept insisting that it was an issue with my sensors and were extremely rude and aggressive about it. For the 4th trip I brought my car to this Monroe and within the first 10 minutes of looking at my tires they identified that one of them had a puncture and bulge and that this was the root of the issues I had been having for the past 2 months. Robert is a wonderful manager and treats his customers with the utmost respect. Austin is a hard worker and is amazing at what he does! The district manager Bill is top notch and really listens to the customer and does what he needs to in order to make the issue right!! Everyone who works here deserves a raise!! I will never take my car anywhere else for service! These guys are THE BEST!!
