That's a question for Aqua Crest pool. They have hours when the pool is open to the public and it's around 3.50 per person. If you Google it, you can see their schedule.
Both fields are closed for repair right now. In order to be on the field you need a permit from the city. Or you can participate in the programs of AC Delray.
