Bagel was ok but selection was limited.. no garlic. The egg was microwaved, and the cheese was processed American and not melted.

The employees are very kind and helpful, although the general vibe in the shop radiates not very happy employees. Although the food is good, the management is terrible. I had a very unprofessional experience yesterday with their manager regarding a delivery order for a meeting of about 10 people, and will not order from them again in the future if I can at all help it.

I love Carolina Cafe’s food and atmosphere but their ridiculous wait is not worth it. I totally understand being swamped with people coming in the door but I placed an online order at 7:45am for pickup at 9am. It is 9:45 and I am still waiting. This is insane. Not worth the wait.
