Went today and was cursed out of the the store because of coming in with my little puppy and toddler girl. Will close my credit card from Carter’s and go somewhere else. So sad.

Fantastic store and selections. I love Carter's products and buy almost exclusively their items for my 3 children. This store is large and great. However, I had a terrible experience with who I believe was the manager and one of the cashiers. They were just completely not friendly, I made it 1 step in the door and the cashier yelled at me "what's your phone number". She was a much older woman and the manager was very unpleasant as well. I had 2 returns from online with my recites. Took them all of 1 minute to do the return. No issues. I had a very lovely younger cashier when I checked out after shopping for a few minutes. I have to say that this was probably the worst experience with employees of a store I have ever had. I feel bad for the other employees because these 2 were absolutely mean and terrible to other customers as well. I left there thinking what in the world. Both of these women did not wear a name tag, while the other cashier did.

For Curbside: Park and call! When you arrive, open your email confirmation and call us. Pop the trunk and we'll pack it up. Contact free! For Pick Up Today: When you arrive, head inside and head to the cash registers with your email confirmation ready. Should be super quick!
You will have 14 days to pick up your order. If you can’t pick up your order within this 14-day window, we’ll cancel it and refund your purchase.
Most items will be ready for Pick Up Today / Curbside Pickup within two hours of the time you place your order online. We'll send you an email when your items are ready for pickup. Place your order 2 hours before close for same-day pickup.
Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
