Don't bother ordering online, it's a SCAM. Placed an order for in-store pick up at this location. I waited a couple days and kept checking the website, but received no updates about picking up. Finally chatted with a representative and found out that my order was cancelled? I received no email or text or any communication about my order being cancelled. Apparently, the items were unavailable but I can still see one of the items is available at this store on the Michael's website. They said it can take up to a week for the website availability to update, which is unbelievable. I bought these items for an event, and since Michael's didn't even bother to inform me that my order would be cancelled, I couldn't bring the items to my event. Now they say my money will be refunded in 5-7 business days. Never had a problem like this ordering in-store pick up from any other corporation, Target, HomeGoods, HobbyLobby. Definitely check out one of those stores before ordering from Michael's because the only thing they can do seamlessly is take customers' money.

Absolutely love shopping here. The manager Dawn always goes above and beyond and her staff does as well. The framing staff can't be beat. I will only have framing done at this location
