We fix some built in microwaves. It depends in the brand.
You can have Appliance by Paul come and look at it to let you know what is wrong. There is a charge for that of course but if you choose to have them fix it that charge gets put towards the fixing. They are honest and very good at what they do. I won't use anyone but them.
