This substitute mail driver that have my area here in water side is completely rude always on his phone giving people attitude and never can assist with anything people need help with regarding the change on the lock something needs to be done

I have to say Jessica was absolutely amazing. I needed to apply to get a new passport and I was in and out 20 min max. She was extremely helpful and I definitely recommend being attended by her. She always greets customers with a smile on her face and she’s ready to help as best as she can. I am extremely happy with my experience here at the usps thanks to Jessica.

I went to claim a package that never arrived and the manager said that we or the company who sent us wrote a bad address and we have a lot of letters losen because we are on 14 ave and the USPS let everything by mistake on 14 st instead of 14 ave, and the manager justified that all the letters probably were sent to 14 st, bad work and lazy justification.not happy with this guys

One year ago a mail car from the USPS hit my car that was parked in my garage. I have been more than 10 times in the post office, sent letters and emails as they instructed me and nothing has been done! incredible that this is happening in the USA.

Good afternoon how do I find out about a package that they say there is no access to a house . But no one answers the phone . From 8:30 am to 12:40 pm and still no answer ?

If you didn't receive the package then you'll have to go into the post office to pick up or you can go online to USPS.com and request a package redelivery

If you have a PO Box, they will hold your mail for you, if you're going to be out of town for a while, then be sure to fill out a request to hold your mail, that way they won't deliver until after you get back.

Ups cannot open your box only postal employees have access and even then you must have proper identification

I can take my daughter's passport there as I can make an appointment and what is needed
