Sure, they have usually 2 to 3 guys helping people who fell to get up. The only problem, I would say, is if you get shy of falling down with a loooot of people watching... The rink is rounded by a restaurant at the lower level. Above usually there are many expectators of this wonderful touristic place.

I went yesterday. We had tickets for 11am. They have a sign at the rink entrance saying something like 'now serving 11am tickets '. You go up show them your email and go right in to get your tickets scanned and pick out your skates. Was super fast. Enjoy!

I think holiday peaktime rate is entrance 32 + skate rental about 12 or 15 (i never rent, i have own) not sure, about 50 per person and long wait line.

We paid the $60 for VIP skating. No waiting, a warm clean room to put on skates and coffee, hot chocolate and ice skate shaped cookies.
