I love shopping Target but the return process when you buy online and return in store is frustrating. The UPC numbers are different and didn’t register. Thank goodness for the amazing staff that helped me. They were patient and apologetic for the delay since it was out of their control.

Thank you Lhee for providing excellent customer service! I made a purchase on 5-14-22 at about 8pm, got home opened it and 2 items were missing from the box. I simply wanted to make them aware as I was upset not to use the item that evening but I didn't want to return it. When I purchased it they seemed to be out of refills so I asked her what could be done. She said check and see if it was restocked. I said I doubt it because it was not here when I was in just an hour or 2 earlier but I checked. It turns out that they did have a refill and it was given to me to replace the missing ones. I also appreciated her teamwork as I witnessed her trying to help a coworker. Thank you Lhee and Target for true customer service!

Just want to say a special thank you to Santiago!!! I was on an exhaustive search for a specific pair of headphones as a gift for my nephew. I came to target after seeing that they had this specific pair listed as being on sale. After getting here and desperately searching for this item (to no avail) and asking the first few employees I came across for assistance (all of whom directed me to go and ask someone at the front desk) I finally came across Santiago. He wasn’t even in the same department. But even so,I showed him what I was looking for and right away he just dropped what he was doing and walked me over to the right department, down the correct aisle, pointed out the specific row and exact shelf and location. He also scanned and double checked the price that the item he found for me was indeed the one I was looking. Santiago, THANK YOU!!!

Like anyone I can get lost for days buying stuff I don’t need at Target. Always good finds. I do find the clearance sections are always a bit if a mess abs hard to find stuff. But the staff is always nice and the store is clean.
