Went into this establishment for our nursing graduating pinning ceremony uniforms. We were greeted by two workers and we told them what we were looking for and what school we were from. They stated they didn’t carry the items anymore. Me and my cohorts were surprised at this information because our administration was very adamant we purchase specific nursing uniform from this location. We called up our student body president so we can confirm with her (with the employee) the new change of information. We try handing the phone over to one of the employee and met with a snappy remark “there’s nothing to say to her, we just don’t have it! Ugh!” Me and the students there just wanted to make sure our administrators were aware of this situation and that it was properly conveyed from store to our president. So one of the students, turned around and asked if this company offered the uniforms online and the employee said “no, just buy something generic on Amazon or something.” And quickly shuffled off, leaving one employee to buzz us off and let us out of the store. I still remained apologetic due to the fact we were still shocked that no one followed up with this place that they stopped carrying our uniforms for sale (according to the sales associate “we stopped selling it for a decade now”.) But while apologizing for the event and try to be light hearted with the situation I was met with a side eye and silence while we left. Terrible place to go, maybe we should follow the sales associate advice and “buy something from Amazon”.
