Older cashier with grey hair was extremely rude when I told her I had a gift card: acted like I was stupid or wasting her time despite my efforts to make it a quick transaction. People like her remind me of why I normally use the self-checkout. She seriously needs to contain her attitude or get out of customer service.

I love target but having the AT&T people in the back is annoying , I just want to shop and I tell them no thank you and this dude is following me mam mam like I said no thank you and he’s like can I follow you and talk about it , come on no one wants this while they shop . It’s like I know it’s going to happen every single time

I went to Target to purchase a specific dog food that many stores do not carry. I called first to be sure it was in stock. The customer service lady checked the list online for the product availability and she also had another employee in a nearby section of pet foods double check availability for me. She went above and beyond what other retail companies would do for a customer on the phone. Also, the check out cashier.clerk was very helpful and friendly when I checked out with my dog food bag that same day.

During my last visit, had an issue with the way something rang up at the register. Target, without question, immediately made it right, taking my word for it. This, to me, makes a big difference, especially with small, inexpensive items.
