I had to take some exams, on Monday September 19, a lady called me on Friday September 16 and told me that I had to cancel my exam Because human had not authorized it yet, that she only had one authorization and she canceled my appointment, she told me that she would call me, I asked her to call me as soon as they authorized me and she said if I call her on Monday the 19th to let me know today we are September 26 and I have not received calls or messages from the person who canceled my appointment. I spoke with Humana today and they gave me the same authorization number that my doctor's office had sent me, and told me that they had authorized it more than 15 days ago.. lack of responsibility, charity, they don't care about patients, absolutely nothing, they don't answer the phone unfortunately my insurance sent me there.

I was scheduled for a test, the technician Kathy (Cathy) came out and spoke with me and explained that the wrong test had been ordered. I could go ahead with the wrong test or contact my doctors office and talk to them about a different test. I followed up with my doctor and a different test was ordered. Kathy saved me time and also drinking the 32 oz of solution for the test that was ordered incorrectly. Kathy is someone who cares about the job she performs in helping people stay well. Thank you Kathy.

Well as other reviewers have noted…. when I arrived a woman was at the desk complaining because she had already been there for over an hour… I was seen over an hour after my scheduled time. Clearly this is not important to them or they would make efforts to fix this. I have never waited half this time at any of the many places I’ve been to before. Also- they made a big deal about mask and you must wear one, asked do you feel sick, have you been near anyone sick, have you had a fever or do you have one now and on and on only to see few patients wearing mask including staff?!? Staff was good.
