It has been terrible, I feel cheated, we bought two plane tickets at $3,000 dollars each, that is, $6,000 total for my husband to pick up his minor child in Cuba and take him to Guyana for the interview, but unfortunately they canceled our appointment, We went to the agency and showed them the mail, they told us that it was not refundable, not even in credit, even the airlines where one spends $300 dollars allow you to keep that money, even if it is in credit, but not even that. They sent us another email to make a new appointment and we had to make it for the next month, we went there to see what they could help us with, they did not give us an answer, they sent us home and they called us, we waited and in the end the answer was simple we can not do anything as simple as that we lost the money. Now they offered us a new ticket for $2,500 each, but on top of that, for the day we needed, only first-class seats were available, so they were even more expensive. So I do not advise anyone to try anything with these people because if, unfortunately, the same thing happens to them (which can happen to anyone), they already know that they will not have any support from the airline. Well, so they can write down one less neither for calls nor for recharges or for anything out of my pocket they don't get a penny more.
