We usually lunch/ dine at Red Lobster restaurants. We are frequent customers. Today we visited the Hialeah location. We were greeted and taken care of by Glenda. She was so polite and friendly. Eager to please our requests. The food was delicious, hot, without delay. We believe Glenda is an asset to Red Lobster. She was attentive and made our visit a pleasant one. We will go back again and definitely recommend them. Thanks!!

Everyone wears mask and they socially distance very safe
We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.

Regarding the bathrooms, I do not like to give opinions about it since sometimes referring to a place and talking about the place the blame is being attributed to the restaurant staff when it would be necessary to see first the people who use that place who are the first to use the bathrooms and leave them dirty with papers on the floor, toilets without flushing and everything wet.
