Clarence was great! He was very responsive on text, then would call to clarify / elaborate, while I was working to get a ballpark on pricing / set up the appointment. He was able to meet up very quickly, very friendly and explained the job, and completed the job as promised, all while having great pricing too (less than I paid when my prior car got dinged). While I hope to not have a ding again, if I do, I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else and happily go back to Clarence. Thanks for your service / help!
