Roaches are present although a guest may have left them. The bed was UNCOMFORTABLE AND HARD..a guest didn't leave that there.

Positive: The staff was great. The rooms were nice size and had good space to hangout around the bathrooms were a good size too. The tv was great but you only have a few channels to view . Other than that the room was great and they have a breakfast that is small. Negative: The location is a little hard to find cause it¿s all the way in the back. Also They need to make the breakfast could be better. They also should have the pool cleaned up a little better so that you can enjoy a clean pool with your family. More channels

If possible, call the hotel as soon as you can, at land down on the airplane and request for shuttleI. I hope you already have a room reserved. This can help alot.
