Slow and terrible service. Unless you've got hours to waste, don't go. The issue was with the wait staff not the kitchen.

I did not come to live in Florida to eat. Actually I'm not so impressed with most Restaurants I have dined in here in Floridia. Plus, when you ae retired and still able to cook for yourself, why bother with mediocre restaurants. But, every now and then you are a little lazy and of course one is oligated to call date night with the spouse to maitain maritual stability. Friends and neighbors highly recomended Jacobs. We were not disapointed. The only difference between a NY Deli Restaurant and Jacobs is in New York the surley staff at least flashes a smile on occasion even if they are wearing masks. The eats however transported me back to Katz's Deli where I have been eating, before I could even walk. Hey, I can cook comprable corn beef at home, but I can't, unless I am willing to go the distance to not only put meat on the table but to also have a chopped liver appetizer, really fresh rye bread and a potato latkes all served at the same time. This was just ecstacy for me. Must say Jacobs the real deal! The only FYI -- Wasn't thrilled with the marginal matzo ball soup! One may want to avoid.
