Awful experience. My husband ordered ahead through the app only to be told when he picked it up that they were out of THREE of the ingredients it was supposed to have. He asked for a refund and they told him they couldn’t refund him unless he filled out a paper. Really?? It’s not that he’s to give a refund to customers that are not happy! This is ridiculous!

Smells like feet and has had a roach problem for a while. Fausto is also very unpleasant, his employees tell me how rude he is and I’ve seen it for myself as well

Slow is an understatement describing the new employees. There are 4 people waiting on Shakes and I'm one of two in line waiting to order. Not sure what happened to the old crew but this is ridiculous as there was never really a wait here. Literally just spent 30min waiting for smoothie. Like I said, ridiculous.
