Was scolded for vaping on the second floor of an outdoor establishment. But was told it could be done on the first floor. If we had been prompted about the situation we would've reserved on the first floor. Continuously harassed throughout the night. Would not recommend

We had a birthday party scheduled for today and the area was unexpectedly put under a boil water notice, affecting the kitchen. We were a little worried but the management/ staff at Top Golf Fort Myers did a phenomenal job and everything was perfect. Elizabeth was especially wonderful dealing with a bunch of hungry teenage boys. I highly recommend having a birthday party here… The kids were so entertained that they never had their phones out ;)

I suggest talking to management about this. They will give you all of the information and they are not pushy about it.. It is an awesome deal if you are planning on using the facility often.
Hey, Jeb. Lassie will have to stay home this time. As much as we love dogs and other pets, we have to focus on safety and comfort of all, so we are a pet-free facility. Service animals aiding our Guests with a disability are permitted, though.
