I'm a bit disappointed. When I wash my car first time here I payed like a basic 20$+ tax which was washed/vacuum and they old Haitian guys wiped all doors on the inside, center console, dashboard, windows, etc. Now I took the option BEST 34$ or 35$ with tax and the car was dirty, so they did wash it for me again which I appreciate. However, on the inside they only wiped the glass and dashboard which was not sprayed. The center console was not touched nor the 4 doors on the inside. I do not know if they changed service/quality or the guys outside just slacking. I guess you rather get the 20$ over the 30$ since its same service or less.

I went today for a regular car wash. When I look at the interior, the mats weren't even vacuum front or back. The only thing inside that was wiped was the dashboard. I asked a supervisor and he told me to come back tomorrow, if they aren't going to even do the minimum $30 is a rip off.

Before I signed up I was told explicitly that I could cancel anytime. I’ve been a long time client of another car wash chain near my parents house that’s far more affordable for the same services but much further away. I decided to give this place a try. The staff miss a lot. My car currently has crumbs and residue all over that wasn’t cleaned because the focus for $60 a month is speed not quality. I’d point these things out and the staff would get irritable and start pressuring for tips to complete the work that’s already supposed to be included in my package. I called the front desk to cancel and she said she didn’t handle that the owner did. She called back saying the owner said I couldn’t cancel until my second month. I called back and the owner attempted to talk over me and told me I should’ve read the fine print on the receipt. If I can’t rely on your staff to communicate your terms and services correctly or provide adequate quality service then what’s the attraction? The only positive they have going for them is Beth. She’s an absolute angel and really lovely to work with. Even with her there I still would not recommend membership here unless you don’t mind spending double the area average for a top tier wash membership to receive half the service.
