I called Alejandra the day before my birthday. I wanted a coconut buttercream cake. She had it ready the next day and not only was it beautiful but it was without a doubt the most delicious cake I have ever tasted. Absolutely incredible, tasty, fresh. I’m definitely getting my future cakes from Alejandra’s Cake! 🎂❤️
