I stopped at Fernando's on a bike ride from Folsom to Placerville. I'm glad I did! I ordered the vegetarian burrito -- hold the cheese and sour cream for the vegan option. Delicious. I especially enjoyed the zucchini, perfectly prepared. Friendly staff. Great prices.

Chimichangas were tasty, albeit the chicken meat inside was super dry. Jamaica tea was much too sweet for my taste, but still good. The service was quick and attentive. It is not my favorite Mexican place, but I would come back again.

Sorry, I do not have nutrition facts and I don't believe they have anything posted along those lines. You can probably get a guesstimate based on fitness or nutrition apps. They are very authentic and I get the impression their food is not a processed food. It tastes authentic and fresh. Most items will not be light in calories or fat, though. There are some items that may fit that category, if that is what you are looking for. But, you would have to ask them for more information.
The staff has worn masks everytime I've been in. They seem to take people's safety concerns seriously.
