Haven't sanitized ANYTHING! Been sitting in waiting room for 2 hrs. Watchung people come and go. Not once have they sanitized anything. It's embarrassing. They need to do better. This is unacceptable!!

Absolutely awful and unsanitary. Uncaring staff allowed a boy to scream in the ER waiting room for the entire time I was there. We left before being seen because a boy came in with a definite deep cough and would not separate him nor give him a mask and there was piss all over 3 seats and the floor. They never came to clean it up and never warned anyone not to sit there. I was warning people.
